How we quote
Painting, flooring, tiling and plasterboard are quoted by m²; skirting and kitchens by linear metre; assembly and plumbing by piece. With your measurements, the quote builder gives you a guide price straight away; the fixed quote comes in writing, after we see the job.

For painting, flooring, tiling and plasterboard, yes: by m², with walls and ceiling measured separately. Skirting and kitchen units go by linear metre; assembly and plumbing by piece; home refreshes and renovations are itemised after we see them.
No need. If you give us approximate measurements, we work out the area from the start; if not, choose “You measure it” and we take them at the visit.
No: it is a guide, VAT excluded, based on your measurements and on what each job usually costs in Seville. The state of the walls, the height, the furniture or who supplies the materials change it, so the fixed quote comes in writing, usually after we see the job.

We protect floors and furniture before we start and work tidily. When we finish we clear up, clean, show you the result and take photos of it.
Mostly in Seville city, where we take on any job, small ones too, with travel included. Outside the city we take on jobs worth the trip: from 200 € in the inner ring (Camas, Tomares, Mairena del Aljarafe…) and more the further it is, with travel per day on top. The quote builder tells you when you enter your town.
